still not installing the driver,follow the steps as mentioned,but not installing

these drivers are for 2.4GHz,and my processor is 1.8GHz
It has nothing to do with your Processor ... It is the speed of the Wireless/ Bluetooth ....
ok i have dell inspiron 15 3521
which drivers for bluetooth to be installed,having windows 7 ultimate,64 bit,service pack 1

1. Please update the BIOS on the computer using the link below

2. Connect the Ac Adapter before updating the BIOS and do not use the system until it restarts after the update. Also uninstall the wireless/Bluetooth driver from the programs and features. Follow the steps below.
3. Start > in search box type in program and features > select the wireless/Bluetooth driver > right click on it and click uninstall.
Once the driver is uninstalled, use the link below to install the wireless/ Bluetooth driver using the link below.

4. Type in the Service tag, Under Drivers and downloads select the Operating system and install the Wireless Drivers from Network option.
5. Once completed please restart the computer and
6. Launch Settings Charm and select Change PC settings
7. Under PC Settings, select Devices.
8. Click Add a device to search for the Bluetooth devices
9. Click your Bluetooth device to add.

In order to find the display Bluetooth devices you can Go to Start Screen, the Bluetooth devices that you have connected in the past and pinned to Start Screen will be listed as tiles
You would think the Drivers for Windows 7 should work ... But i think the problem is the Chipset it also says for Windows 7 and does Install but really i do not think it is compatible ...
The reason i say that is cause other Manufactures with the same Chipset as your have produced different Drivers for different Windows versions .... Dell has not and you can not Download it from the Intel Website as they do have a Driver for your Chipset ...

I would strongly advise against a BIOS Upgrade ... It does not say what Improvements it is for ... It could brick your System do you really think it would be worth the risk just cause the Bluetooth is not working ..
