....completed the cmd commands. the result are the same no connection to the internet. I can ping Google from the command prompt. do you think I need a new network adapter controller?

Your Browser does work and so does your Internet though not in the normal way it should do ... So that does not sound like a hardware issue ... What about Antivirus Programs which ones do you use ? ...

hmm....nothing has changed.....Malwarebytes found a lot of adware that was quarantined.
