    I have installed the LAN and the WIFI Drivers, all installed without errors, but still LAN and WIFI dont work. still exclamation mark on ethernet and nework controller. unknown device

    Where did you Install the Chipset Driver from ? ...


    Have read many Posts it is some what confusing to which Lan Card you have ..


    According to Acer it is the Realtek ...

    I installed the chipset driver from an acer website, probably the wrong one as its not available, when I type in my serial number -
    It says this:- Aspire E5-521G

    But there are no chipset drivers available, Ive been on this for 2 days and its ruined my new year lol!

    Okay you first need to get the right Chipset Driver Installed ..

    You have the E5 -521 G


    The E5- 521 uses the same Drivers are you Model .. And i Know for a fact its an AMD Chipset .... Which you must Install first ..

    It says Intel on the laptop? and the sticker says "Aspire E 15" and then "E5-511-C619"
