USB 3.0-Computer does'nt meet requirement for installing the software.

    USB 3.0-Computer does'nt meet requirement for installing the software.


    I have a dell inspiron 3542.It already came pre installed with windows 8.0 but i had recently formatted it with windows 7 ultimate x64 and when i try to install the USB 3.0 drivers available from dell.com,it shows the computer doesn't meet the minimum requirement for installing the software.
    I have uploaded the error and device manager screenshots below.

    Hi ... Think you will find the Driver for the USB3 was already Installed by the Chipset Driver

    I installed the chipset driver provided by dell.If it may have been installed,it's not working.what should i do?

    Did you Install the Chipset Driver from the Dell Website and also the Intel Management Engine ? ...

    yes i installed every driver available for my laptop supporting windows 7 X64 but i couldn't install the usb 3.0 extensive host controller driver

    You have tested your USB 3 Ports and nothing works with them ... Or is it just not getting the Speed you expect ? ...

    USB 2.0 works fine on the USB 3.0 port but only USB 3.0 is not working. the transfer rate is only around 30 Mbps.

    no i have WD's element 500 GB harddrive. There isn't any usb 3.0 host controller shown in the device manager.it won't matter what i connect.According to device manager it's like i don't have a usb 3.0 port at all.
