i checked this forum and found where i can download a new one
Download Windows 8 Drivers - Toshiba
i installed it but it doesn't work, i have a toschiba windows 8 serial number: 2e102462c

no,
i unpacked it (in my usb and placed the unpacked program in my program-folder)
i installed it, they asked if i would want to delete the old files but i said no...
then i folowed the instructions, pushed the button finish and even restarted my computer
but everything stayed the same
should i maybe take a other driver?

Go to the Device Manager select the Network Controller that has the missing Driver ..
Right click select Property's / Details Tab ...
Post any Information you see there ...
i'm not sure if i found the right information
but at "intel hd graphics control panel"
i found at system information
the driver version 10.18.10.3308

No that is for your Graphics ... Can you Please Post a screenshot of the Device Manager with the Network Controllers expanded ...
It should look like the Picture below ...
Good select the Network Controller that has the yellow exclamation mark ...
Right click select Property's / Details Tab ...
Post any Information you see there ...
the drivers for this device are not installed code 28
there are no compatible drivers from this device
to find a driver for this device click update
