    Jesse, just run windows update.

    We have no idea if you have an actual card in the laptop or if the video just runs off the cpu.

    What is the exact make and model of the laptop.

    Post a shot of Speccy`s results. https://www.piriform.com/speccy

    Please post shot of device manager with Display Adapter expanded so we know what we`re dealing with.

Hi , the proper procedure of updating ati driver is it 1.) Install the new catalyst suite over the old one 2.) Uninstall the old suite and install the new one 3.) Uninstall the old suite , run driver cleaner/sweeper in safe mode and then install new one I happened to have a BSOD...
