Windows 7 driver signing enforcement returns after reboot...

    Hello forum members...
Im new to the Windows 7 OS (and this forum ) ,and have lately had problems installing AMD GPU drivers;after rebooting to windows 7 desktop,I get a popup error msg stating that there is no AMD driver found (tho I see it has installed in the control panel:Programs and Features!)?!

Ive tried disabling Driver Signature Enforcement at F8 screen, but that works for only the current user session then toggles back to "defaults" after another reboot!!

The crux of my question is how may i get windows to allow the (dunno if the ati drivers are unsigned, but have noticed a tag "WQ" on the ATI drivers...) AMD ATI GPU drivers to install without checking driver signatures permanently via cmd prompt or ??
