    network driver will not work in win 7


    Hi I am frustrated. I have changed my laptop the new one is HP Pavilion 17-f002na
    It is running win 8.1 I want to run win 7 ultimate but for some reason the network driver from HP will
    not work in win 7 I have tried the driver from my other laptop HP Pavilion 17-f030sa which worked on both
    windows OS 7/8/ 8.1/10
    Can anyone help please. The driver is Broadcom 802.11 and blue tooth.

    Open Device Manager - right click the network adapter - properties - details tab - change to Hardware Ids - right click in the box below and copy

Someone at home uses their laptop at workplace and connect to the workplace network and come back home to use the home network. I heard that work place is a very dangerous place. How do the rest of the home network user protect themselve from the work PC.
Ive just installed W7 7600 HP on to one of our work PC's and it says its connected to an unidentified network. I cant change it to work network or even Home network but the strange thing is its working fine. All our other PC's can see it and share files on it etc and i have internet access on it....
