Windows 7 Ultimate x64

:(

Hello, I have a VGN-NS295J and I have a Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

Completely frustrated. My USB ports aren't reading my mouses and using this touchpad is killing me. The reason why I'm here is because ever since they started messing up a "Base System Device" appeared on my device manager. So I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the devices and updating drivers, but none of that has worked. And the support page provided by sony isn't really much of a help, just a big headache.

Can anyone help me?
