Need help with Gateway NV57H58u drivers

Hello, I'm here today in hopes that someone here can help me, I'm having trouble with this gateway laptop or notebook whatever it is, I recently did a factory reset on it and upon doing so it deleted all the drivers, well since it deleted all the drivers I cannot connect to the internet to get them and doing a google search I cannot find anything on the drivers, I can't even find out the name of the network adapter, so if someone here could help that would be great.

Also I went to gateways site and tried to talk with support and tried looking up the model number of the laptop and nothing on the model number came up and support won't chat with me because the laptop is not under warranty support anymore.

One more thing, here is a site listing the specs of the laptop.

Strange that the drivers got wiped out on a factory reset, that`s not supposed to happen at all.

The model has to come up at Gateway and all the drivers will be there. Keep trying.

That is the oddest name I`ve ever seen for a pc, are you positive it`s correct ?

There is a download for Gateway Model Number NV57H ... Problem is that Service is not available ..

A quote from Gateway >>> Drivers & Downloads. Loading ... Service not available. Loading. Gateway products are available through select retailers..

You could try the Serial Number in the Link below ...

    Support Gateway Products

An other Option is select the Network Adapter right click Property's Details Tab ... And Post any info you see there if there is any

I just entered the S/N on that site and still got the service is unavailable error, as for posting the details from network adapter, its not even listed under device manager.

I'm trying to access the bios menu but upon pressing either F1 or F2 or F12, none of them bring me to the bios, F2 brings me to setup but no option to enter bios is in there.

Wait for the "Gateway" logo to appear on your computer screen. Once you press power, this logo should appear in one to two seconds.

Press the F1 keyboard key. This will enter into your Gateway BIOS.
