Can somebody tell me which is better, is it going to help my usage in general regardless of what task i'm going to have my PC processed? even tho i wont get any significant improvement... just wanna know which is better.

    CPU Graphics Driver: Installed
    GPU Driver: Installed

forgive me for not including all the details that you need

    PC Specs
    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4590 CPU @ 3.30GHz
    Motherboard: BIOSTAR H81MHV3
    RAM: 2x4GB 8GB Kingston Hyper X 1866 OC
    Logical Disk: Kingston 120GB SSD
    GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 960 2GB 128bit

I am not having any problems, All drivers are installed except for the Intel HD Graphics,
the reason why i didnt install it is, i just thought maybe Intel HD Graphics would just get in the way with my
GTX 960, that's why I need an opinion from an expert.

I am not after any significant changes, i just want to know which is better, if i install both, or i keep it this way... using my GTX 960 alone.

Use the GTX 960 I am a little surprised when you Installed that card that the other GPU was not disabled ...

How ever if you wish to do so it should be possible through the BIOS ...
