Can't get permission to copy files to USB

Hello,
For some reason I cannot copy files from the internal hard drive to a USB pen drive.
When I try to do this, I get the following message:
"Destination Folder Access Denied
You need permission to perform this action."
Although, I can copy files from USB to my PC(except powerpoint presentations). I even tried formatting the USB, but it is still not working.

It is possibly a company policy restriction, best is to contact your IT division. They should be able to help you.
