Hello highrisk and welcome to the forums..

In most cases, if you can find a Vista driver, it will work in Windows 7, if installed in Vista Compatibility Mode.. See Brinks tutorial on doing this -=> here

I am having the same problem but also my mass storage controller driver isn't updating.

Welcome to seven forums @ Willdo. You should really start your own thread. And supply your system specs, you'll get more help that way, as it is we don't know what system your talking about.The same laptop? See what I'm trying to say? Start a thread in drivers like HPXXXX missing mass storage drivers. Thanks Fabe

@highrisk go to device manager>click on display adapter>properties>details tab>drop down menu> click harware ID copy and paste the code. And we'll find a driver for it. Fabe

If this is a Hp Laptop go to HP look up your model # and download the card reader driver. That is usualy what it is in a laptop. Fabe
