PCI Vendor and Device Lists
and depending on which revision of the card you have, hasn't seen a driver update in 10 years. This is one of those where it would be far easier to get something like this,
Newegg.com - Rosewill RC-404 10/ 100/ 1000Mbps PCI Ethernet Card 1 x RJ45
that does have Windows 7 support, than trying to get something as old as your current card working.
