so here it is.. zipped in 7z format..
highest compresser.. u need 7z program which u get from internet for free..

this is a bit mixxed up, file .. since idownloaded from manny sources..
but that shudnt make a prob..
just extract it to ur desktop.. and whn u install from device manager choose the extracted folder.. it wl search and install auto

do state ur bit and prob if occured.. althought with this..i dont think it shud...

Ubuntu Linux 64-bit Raid0

The latest Vista driver can be downloaded from here.

Alfa Network

Could someone please tell me where I can get the latest XP 64-bit driver or share theirs from a new driver cd?

Why don't you copy the driver from your Vista installation? In Vista:
Right-click Computer -> Click Manage. This should open up Computer Management.
Select Device Manager in the left pane. Click Network Adapters, then right-click Realtek RTL8187 and select Properties. Select the Driver tab, then press the Driver Details button. This tells the names and locations of the necessary driver files. Copy them to a location accessible by your 7 installation. Update the network device drivers and when it asks you where, direct it to said location!

windows 7 64 bits

I found the real solution for rtl8187 driver in a spanish webpage but it's working even for 64 bits version of windows 7.
Here is the original link Taringa! - Instalar Driver Realtek RTL8187 en Windows 7
but I thought it would be useful too if I added the google translation to english and here it is:
Google Translate
Just download the file and update the driver for your wifi card (rtl8187) in the device manager at control panel.
IT WORKS FOR WINDOWS 7 32bits and 64 bits

Hope this will help many people.
Thanks

Have you tried Gateway Support - Drivers, Software and Firmware Updates ?

If they have drivers for Vista, that should work for Windows 7.

Here's a link to a thread where getting Windows 7 to find the driver for wireless worked - Belkin usb G f5d7051

It is for a Belkin driver, but the same procedure should work. Basically, you need to point Windows 7 at the place the driver's ".inf" file is.

P.S. - Welcome to Seven Forums.
