Can't install display driver

    Can't install display driver


    I'm trying to update my display driver .i have tried two times but they didn't work.Last time i tried it my monitor turned black and it lasted more than 20 minutes luckily i was able to fix it.Is there something wrong with PC?


    my processor and display driver :Amd quad-core a6-3620 accelerated processor with amd radeon hd 6530d

    Mate some system specs please hard to help with minimal info System Info - See Your System Specs


    Now one thing you need to do is to check the temps if possible if you cannot use Speccy Speccy - Free Download - Piriform go into the BIOS and check there. Post back whatever you find.

    Thanks for the specs the only thing I need to get at the driver is what bit OS you are running - the Speccy will tell you the temps if you can hold a screen long enough.

    Sorry mate should have been more explicit I meant 32bit or 64bit system as there is nearly always a difference in drivers for the two kinds.

    It should tell you on the code sticker or if none look in Start > Control Panel > System that window will tell you. see pic

    Ok mate this should be the driver for your APU Desktop

    PS the full version not the minimal

    The frist one mate the larger of the two if things go south or does not work uninstall that and try the smaller driver but the more applicable one is that larger one. Let me know how you go.:)
