Bower & Wilkins mm-1 speaker usb drivers

Hello everyone new to the forums here and in need of some help!

So I have some speakers that have a usb source that comes out of the computer and they need their own drivers.

The manufacture provides the driver software installer on their site. After running the program it says it has successfully installed the drivers. Then I power on the speakers, and the computer starts reading the input and BAM window installs the generic usb audio drivers and the factory drivers are not installed.

    HELP!

Things I have tried is updating motherboard bios, removing and uninstalling all audio outputs and drivers before trying to install the manufacture drivers.

Are you setting these new drivers as default in the Playback Devices?

Yea I am. And they play fine with the default window drivers. But the factory drivers gives them features like auto off when you turn off the computer and so on.

    You could try this.
    Make a Restore Point first.

Device Manager/Sound. Find Bower & Wilkins and update the driver. Reboot.

Then look for a Bower & Wilkins program on your system.
Does Bower & Wilkins show up in Sound/Playback?

Start Orb and type Audio. See what comes up.
A Bower & Wilkins driver and Bower & Wilkins program to make setting with can be two different things.
Go to the bottom of the page and select Software and Firmware.

Thats the thing, i would just update the driver manually but the program that you download of their site does not have the driver that windows can use to install.

Please help me, use to work fine before I formatted my computer and got a new motherboard.

Could it be the motherboard problem?

Well I will try to help but lets start with some basics.

We will need your system specs. This tutorial by Brink should help.

Then complete another tutorial by Brink and post the log here as instructed.
