Intel driver says system doesn't meet min. requirements.

I did a fresh install recently and I was okay until I installed Mint Linux. Then after I couldn't get sound through HDMI to the TV, I tried Zorin. Swapped Zorin over to Nvidia in the driver list, then restarted and all the Nvidia options (everything) disappeared from the driver list. When Nvidia disappeared from Windows and Mint as well, I just did a fresh install of Windows and deleted the Linux partitions, and now I can't install them. It was Professional I had installed, now it's Home Premium, could that be a factor? NVidia GeForce 555M is the card on an Alienware M14x. Here's a pic of the Bios

I just reinstalled professional and no luck. Same issue. I should also mention the wireless driver isn't installing this time around (or last). Intel had to be installed first last time, but now it says it doesn't meet minimum requirements and I know it's the same one because I saved the drivers.
