As i suspected a counterfiet install,
You have an Acer product key on your Lenovo.
Suggest you use the factory reset option to revert to the Pro version it was shipped with.

It came this way "upgraded" when I purchased it new in 02/2013. It has worked fine up until recently.

Why then would it work after disabling it and re-enabling it?

    Thanks.

Because an activation exploit is in use.
The W10 upgrade then the downgrade is throwing up a fair few of these.
Whats on the OEM sticker thats the original set-up, and IF the Upgrade was legitimate IT would be showing as Retail in the report.

Hmmm...ok. Thanks for your help. Not sure I really want to mess with trying to restore everything at this point in time though.

Ok, well it appears it wasn't driver or Win 10 related, just coincidental timing. I've had a bad USB port for a while now, when I purchased the replacement USB port, the same seller had a card reader for $0.99 as well, so I ordered it up too. Just got done swapping both of them out and everything is good as new again.

Thanks again for all your help guys.
