I've done some more digging... Learned and found some interesting stuff.

I checked the Asus B150M-C D3 USB3 drivers for your Desktop. And, sure enough, the USB3 compatible IDs shown by the transceiver when connected to the Desktop ARE defined in those drivers. So question becomes: why isn't windows finding the USB3 hub driver when it goes searching??

Start by uninstalling and reinstalling the USB3 drivers. I see 2 versions on the support site. Be sure to choose the latest version. Connect the transceiver. Still same problem?
I'll reinstall the 3.0's from the CD that came with the Motherboard b/c thats how I did it when I first got it.

I uninstalled the USB 3.0 and have no mouse now. Currently controlling desktop from laptop with Teamviwer. Now under other devices with ! is an unknown device. Need to get this mouse fixed before continuoing on the BT.

EDIT: Mouse is fixed

When I downloaded the latest driver off the website, when I went to install it said the drivers I am about to install are older than the ones that were already there. I went ahead and installed anyways.

I think that did it!!!! The screenshot is from the desktop and it says its now connected, its showing in devices and printers. I pulled out the other IOGEAR BT adapter, pushed the connect button on the logitech and then the connect button on the keyboard and all is going now.

Now I am going to delete all the USB again like before so I lose my mouse and have to use teamviewer again, uninstall this new logitech an put it back in its package and go back to the original dongle I was using and reinstall/repeat these steps over. It **SHOULD** Work. It working right now.

Here we are on the Desktop using the original Logitech dongle. Looks like this matter is solved. Everything is the way it should be. Looks like it was a matter of uninstalling all USBs and reinstalling (Scan for hardware changes) and then reinstalling the ASUS drivers. Thanks to everyone for the responses & help
