In device manager do you have any devices with a yellow triangle next to it? If so try windows update, or right click on it, properties>details tab>drop down menu>hardware id snip it and post the code and we'll see about getting a driver for it. Fabe

I think these are what you need...

Ricoh PCI-e SD Host Bus Adapter Driver
    Ricoh SD Reader Driver
Ricoh PCI-e MemoryStick Host Controller Driver

Can you post a screen shot of your device manager as well.

Please go to your user cp and select a country flag it will help us know that your located in Australia and make it easier to look for a driver. Thanks.

Also in this thread a member used a Vista 64 bit driver for a Ricoh camera to fix his issue with his Sony web cam but didn't link us to it so I'm looking. Webcam not working after Win7 x64 Install in Sony Vaio

You can also scroll down on any thread you create and find similar threads that if green check marked are solved and the others can offer you some more suggestions. While I search. So far the only driver for you web cam is an XP 32 bit driver so we'll have to try several other 64bit drivers in hopes one will work since on the Australia site it doesn't even tell you the maker of the cam.

You can try this one in Vista compatibility mode Compatibility Mode

I scanned it with MSE no threats found. RIDCAM-14566600-US.zip
No guaranties but might be worth a try.
