Have you tried going to the Gateway site Gateway Support - Drivers, Software and Firmware Updates And entering your serial # in order to find drivers for your system? The number is usualy located next to the Genuine Windows OS sticker on the rear of your tower, or bottom of your laptop. Unless this is an add on card you installed yourself or had installed. In that case we will need to know the manufacturer and model number of the controller. You can also try going to device manager.clicking on the controller>update driver>and have windows search for one. If Gateway doesn't have a windows seven driver a 64bit Vista driver might work in compatiblility mode Fabe Compatibility Mode

Your welcome. You'll also notice on this and every thread, at the bottom of the thread if you scroll down you'll see relevant threads and solutions. One of those being, if you have the oem disc that came with your system, and it has 64bit operating system drivers on it. You can try the driver on the disc for the controller in compatiblility mode.If your system came with a 32 bit operating system then they won't work.
