Pinnacle PCTV (150e/55e)
I have a Pinnacle PCTV analog USB TV Tuner that is also an IR receiver for the included remote control. I installed the software/drivers from the original installation disk.
After installation, I plugged it in and it installed two drivers for the device (one is a video/gaming driver, the other a sound driver, and in the device manager under USB it is listed as a "Composite Device.")
However, it did not install an IR driver. So when I start the remote program, I cannot chose the device as the source for the remote.
I actually only use it for the remote control, as the TV tuner is really a piece of crap. Does anyone know how I could manually install generic IR drivers as the driver? Or has anyone else used this device in Vista or 7?

Edit: Also, I guess the TV Tuner part installed okay b/c in WMC I was able to "set up my TV tuner" although I don't have cable plugged into it so it couldn't find any channels. I only did that so I could add another recorded TV folder from my HTPC in the living room.
