| | Sony Vaio Card Reader Prolem NEW 7 INSTALL. I have just upgraded to window 7 (64-bit) from Vista (32-bit) and now my sd/memory stick pro reader/writer will not work!!! Sony website does not support windows 7 drivers with my model laptop(sony vaio vgn-nr220e). The reader/writer is a Texas Instruments™ PCIxx12 Integrated FlashMedia Controller. CAN ANYONE HELP ME FIX THIS? THERE HAS GOT TO BE A WAY! THANKS ALL!  |

| | Please go to device manager, locate mass storage devices or base system. Their should be a yellow triangel next to the system device that requires a driver. Click on it>properties>details tab>drop down menu>hardware Id, copy and paste the code and we can try to find a driver for it. Thanks Fabe |

| | This is a old thread but still read. Use the Vista driver from Sony in compatibility mode for Vista from the link: hxxp://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/model-home.pl?mdl=VGNNR220E&template_id=1®ion_id=1&tab=download#/downloadTab changing the hxxp to http. |
