Anyway, I'm not quite sure what you mean to be honest. If you're talking about downloading the drivers from Nikon's site just click "Click here to agree to license and start download" and the file will start downloading.
If that's not what you mean, than sorry, I'm not understanding your question. If it's something in the procedures, perhaps you should review them again, or point out by step number in question.
