You can find xp drivers for the wireless - below link - select xp OS - these drivers can be installed in compatiblity mode to avoid an issue with the installer & the Windows 7 OS :
To install a driver or program in compatibility mode - right click the setup.exe file - click properties - click compatibility - check run in compatibility with vista/xp etc - check run as administrator - leave the rest blank. Start setup.exe and install.

Here is a solution : Have you tried the Fn+F2 keys, or enabling it in the BIOS - you can thk QDOS if this one works as i found it in the forums search -EEEPC.
