nope .... same error.
To make sure I am doing this right:
In windows 7 - I click
"start"
In the search bar I type
"cmd"
This shows the cmd under programs, I
right click and choose
"Run as Administrator"
I get the User Account Control pop up ... allow the following program to make changes....etc. .... I click on
"Yes"
This brings up the Dos looking window, in it has
c:\windows\system32>
I type:
regsvr32 MSCOMM32.ocx
or:
regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\MSCOMM32.ocx
And still get the error ?
