Realtek Wireless LAN Utility cant work in windows 7

Hi, Im using Alfa AWUS036H with realtek rtl8187 chipset, the Realtek Wireless LAN Utility software seems not working in windows 7, anyone know how to make it works?

Is the light for wifi on at all? this is the light indicator on the laptop.

some hardware requires a hotkey utility to be downloaded and installed. With this installed you cna see on-screen the functions you are trying to enabled, e.g Fn + F5.

Also have you make sure that wifi is turned on in the BIOS.

There appears to be Windows 7 updates for all three versions of the realtek RTL8187 chipset. I suggest you try out the download in the link below. You will need to choose your version B,L or SE. Scroll to near the bottom of the page and click on the "software" link then scroll down again to find the Windows 7 download link.

If you are still having problems after the upgrade we can take a look at your router and see if it needs a firmware update.
