Lexmark 5650 Printer won't work with W 7 :(

I have a x4270 and the Vista drivers worked for me.

Worked for me but I didn't get the productivity suite or whatever it was that was kind of cool. Anyway thanks Dorothy

Do you have a CD that came with the printer.

If there are Vista files on that, you may be able to install the software.

Here are the drivers with the supporting software. You may have to use compatibility mode to install it since they are Vista drivers and software. How to install using compatibility mode. Enjoy. Got it all is well. Never did compatability thingy but all seems well. Thanks everyone Now my Microsoft Office won't work. Needed Excel. I'll do a new posting. Thanks Dorothy.

Dorthy, please uninstall.Office It's beta software and should only be tested by advanced, experienced users,. As you can tell, you're havimg problems already.
