Why isn't my iPhone 5s installing on my laptop (windows 7)?

    Hello :)

When I connect my iPhone (which is new) to my laptop, it says there is no driver installed. I have the updated version of iTunes and have un-installed and reinstalled it two times, still no success.

I put images similar to what shows up when I try to update the driver. I am the administrator of the account.
My iPhone 4g still connects to my laptop and i can still sync it but it isn't shown as an imaging device.
My hard drive, flash disks and mouse connects and works with the laptop but new flash disks sometimes don't.
The iPhone does connect to other laptops

    Appreciate any help given, Thanks

    Hi and welcome to sevenforums,
Not sure why but have you tried using clean boot,
    https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/179159-troubleshoot-application-conflicts-performing-clean-startup.html

Traditionally if you use iTunes installed on the pc and on the iphone you need to be signed into both using the same apple account,
iPhone - Syncing - Apple Support
But for the most part you should be able to click start and computer,
The power on and Unlock your device and eventually windows will install the driver and the device will appear usually as a iphone or what ever storage device is being used,
    Cheers.

Your welcome and thanks for the update,
If you used clean boot and it worked,
Click Start and type in the search box,
    msconfig
Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
    Repeat the screen shots,
See the links above my signature on how to take and upload screen shots here,
    Cheers.
