Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-PnP error, seems a driver prob

Hi, I've a problem with Windows7 64bit
sometimes my laptop crash and I've to switch off by button to use it again

the problem seems to be the driver of the cd/dvd reader---> DriverName">IDE\CdRomHL-DT-ST_DVDRAM_GT20N
i try to update the driver but result already updated then i try to unistall the driver but nothing happen
what can i do?
