Windows 7 - Rocket Fish Bluetooth Problems

I've tried everything to get my blue tooth to work but still doesn't. IT says that there is a missing "Blue tooth Peripheral Device Driver." I have no clue were i can get one of these! I've tried everything people have said, and yes i downloaded Widcomm Drivers and it still doesn't work! Im really trying to get it to connect to my Lego Mindstorms NXT but that doesn't work at all! I think its because the NXT is supposed to have to Serial to blue tooth ports, one incoming, one outgoing but the computer only gives it one and i cant connect to the NXT with the Mindstorms software! It wont even wotk with my iPod touch? I think its a driver problem, does anyone know where i can get these drivers? If its not a driver problem can someone please help me in fixing it?
