Windows 7: IC Plus Ethernet 10/100 Win 7 driver

Preparing to custom install Win 7 but "adviser" recommends downloading a IC Plus Ethernet Adapter 10/100 for Window 7, and it seems one is not available, closer examination of the mini disc reveals a CNET driver (for XP) (and works) but again, no Win 7 driver available at CNET or on mini disc.

And I keep getting directed to some driver all inclusive salesmart, I am upgrading O/S to avoid them in the first place.

Ideas and advice would be most appreciated.

Hi, i woulnt think if the adviser says that, that it's a show stopper situation. Are your devices all ok? If so, no point in wondering, upgrade and see.

With XP Pro, devices appear to be in good order, when installing Win 7, it requests (adviser) strongly the driver for the Ethernet card update for Win 7....grunge!

The link you provided took me everywhere but what I believe you intended, changes every day in fact....?

I went to CNET and IC Plus (the mfg that built the Ethernet card) and neither have a driver for this card for windows 7, any suggestions?
