Have a look at the attachment of what my handset looks like when it's plugged in. Can you not use PC suite, or is it just what the icons look like that is the issue?

Uninstall then reinstall but now in compatibility mode with Vista SP2. But the problem remains the same.
BTW
These icons all appear, even if the pc suite on or not.
I just want to have the phone recognized as a whole. In other words, have the options that should have ..
As I showed above these links, I have the image of my phone and the various options that accompany it.
For example, take my phone as shown in this image. With this all-inclusive.

And from what I can gather, if it's not showing like in the image of the N95 you posted, it's not compatible for those features. Granted it looks better, but if you're able to do what you want anyway, it's not really a "problem".

I already have the computer up to date as much as you give. This should be the same problem that windows can not detect the phone properly.
By the way, how did be in for this icon of "WINDOWS7X64?
