I have a Gateway laptop dual core running Windows 7 home premium 64bit. The issue I have is with a Brother printer MFC 8820d. This printer is attached to a desktop and is used as the home network printer.
The issue is that I can install this printer on the laptop if I use a USB connection. When I try to do it wireless there is an error message saying that it doesn't have the
drivers it needs. Windows 7 can see the shared printer but cannot add it.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
