I have "almost" the same monitor, running 64 bit. WU gave me drivers, but the generics worked fine too.

Drivers MAY not be your problem. Check the cables and connections closely

Do you have a DVI and VGA port to try? I would try both. Those monitors have both I believe.

This will depend on your GPU and how you have your monitor connected. It would help if you provide your system specs in order to aid with trouble shooting.

We need to know what brand is your Motherboard.
Is "DAMIR LAPTOP" a brand, or did you custom build it?
Since you are trying to drive 2 monitors with a laptop you need to use a function key, which could be F-8 to switch from the laptop LCD to the Samsung.
