| Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit 3 posts | Static noise I get a random Crackling sound(speakers) after i have used a program that gathers HW info, like Everest, speedfan, cpucool, speccy, 3dmark ect.. I have found out that to eliminate the problem u have to turn off the computer and the power switch to the psu and push the power on button to drain the system for excess power, normal reboot wont do it.... System specs are in my profile... The problem was there with the on-board relatek sound card and is still there with SB Live sound card i have now! Last edited by Fixxer; 20 Jan 2010 at 01:18 PM..
