wireless driver issues

I have a dual boot system with pre-installed windows 7 and just recently added xp pro. on my xp side i cannot get the wireless network adapter to work. i have the Atheros AR5B93 version I downloaded the driver to a flash device and tried to install the driver. i get the message "cannot load the device driver. driver corrupted of missing (code 39).
On my windows 7 side everything works as it should. it's just on my xp side.

ps. do i also need to download the Realtek PCIe GBE family controller too? I'm not sure what that is.

Code 39 usualy means that the flash device driver is not installed correctly. I would check my device manager for any yellow triangels on base system devices or any other device that has a yellow triangel next to it. You could Copy and paste a screen shot of your device manager so we could have a look. Thanks and Welcome to seven forums. Fabe
