Glad you got it sorted out.:)

There is nothing quite as frustrating as having equipment that doesn't work 100% as you want it to.

    .
    You got that right.

Now if I could just figure out why sony used a powerful chipset and processor combo then hobbled the machine in the BIOS (max memory and virtualization technology). Doesn't make much sense.

Only a couple more issues to go. Hibernation doesn't work with 4 GB memory...so I just disable that..no big deal.

webcam does not work. Vista drivers installed, but no joy.

    S1 and S2 buttons don't work...not that big a deal.

Thanks again...where did you find those drivers anyway? I have been searching all over for something that would work (kinda figured there had to be drivers for other models that would work), but obviously looking in the wrong places!

I'd search newer models for the Magic Eye software, I don't use it, so don't have it to hand.

I came across them when I first installed Windows 7 x64, had a few issues so just from searching the net.

You saved me a search or three! Was out for lunch thinking there just had to be a way to manipulate the BIOS to do this. Thank you! Once again, you da man!

I will look for the magic Eye software, thanks.

OK, off to see if I can break this thing yet...I know just enough to be dangerous.
