I've been scouring the internet hoping that someone would have came up with one on their own. But nothing.
The demand for it is certainly there, and lots of people would be willing to pay for it. It is mind boggling that Microsoft would miss out on a chance to make money and make their customers happy.

I wish it came in black. I've got a pair of them on my Elite controllers and they look kinda funky.
I bought them during xmas time, Best Buy had a Picture Error on the site, $30 for 12 months Live, Chat Pad, PGR4, and a wired Headset (product is $69.99), I ended up buying 2 and giving a friend the Live card for xmas.
