Pulse Smart pen driver not installing
I received a Pulse Smartpen as a gift and loved it. I started having trouble with it when I changed computers. I went to a laptop with the same system and my desktop, XP. I received the error response "usb device not recognized". I tried everything and even had a new one sent from the company. I finally left everything alone and finished last semester. This semester is alot of lecture and it would be great to get it to work. I bought a new computer which runs on Windows 7. I just knew this would help. My warranty, 1 yr ran out in Sept so the company is no help. I have tried everything the livescribe website has said to do but it still shows no drivers for the pen. Does anyone have any ideas? I know a little bit about computers, I can follow instructions. If anyone can lead me in the right direction I would be hugely grateful.
Have a blessed day.
