Welcome to Seven Forums. They have Vista 32 & 64bit drivers available that can be installed using compatibility mode here is a tutorial on that. Compatibility Mode Please also take the time to fillin your system specs in your user cp (top of page) then edit system specs don't forget to add which version of Seven your using 32 or 64, it makes it easier for others to help you.
