Motorola RAZR phones -- W7 X-64 drivers anyone

Hi there
I know in the age of Iphones and smartphones the Motorola RAZR type phones must seem like DINOSAUR technology -- however I LOVE these phones --I'm not a fan pf "Phone Apps" or even Internet browsing by mobile phone.

The sleek thin phone just suits me.

However with Windows 7 X-64 I can't get the Battery to charge via the computers USB -- this saves carrying an extra charger with me of course.

It works fine on XP or even Windows 7 X-32 in compatability mode but not on Windows 7 X-64 and I DO NOT LIKE those sites that offer to scan your computer and find drivers for you (usually making ypu PAY something later for the privilege --those SNEAKWARE sites like DRIVERMAX etc etc.)

I don't mind downloading a file but I am certainly not keen in letting a remote program run on my PC.

Cheers
jimbo

Your welcome.
I am not sure if your interested or not, But you can do a lot of cool things to your RAZR by modding it.
If you want to learn how to do it, you can check out ModMyMoto.
