Optiarc BD-5530 driver not available on Gateway NV59
After re-installing Window 7, I cannot run or burn any CD on my DVD Rom drive anymore. When I ran diagnostic check, it stated that it need the dvd driver.
I tried to find the driver software through Gateway but I can't even find it in their download site. I submitted a help ticket but they said it should work without the driver after un-install it. I tried and I am still having problem.
Is there a way for me to re-install or download the right driver to resolve this issue? Is there a site I can find more information on this?
