    HP dv4-2101tu - Drivers Help!

I clean installed W7 Professional x86 on HP dv4-2101tu which came pre-installed with W7 Home Premium. Installed the drivers given on HP Support.

Getting two of my devices under Other Devices with error messages; (screenshot attached)
    1) PCI Simple Communications Controller
    2) Unknown Device

For the unknown device, installed Unknown Device Identifier (screen shot attached), right clicked the unknown device to 'Find Driver' it re-directed to web page with Realtek Driver. Re-installed the Realtek Card Driver from here, but still no luck.

    Pls assist.

You may try updating your chipset drivers, and see if that helps any.

Thanks Jonathan_King for your reply, I installed this driver for chipset.
Should I also install Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI)?

Issue with PCI Simple Communications Controller solved by installing the driver for Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI). :)

But the Unknown Device lies there still in the Device Manager. Pls assist!

Try the HP site here - it says it can scan your system, but I haven't had much with HP's update. You might have more success.
