    Zebra/UPS Thermal 2844 Printing issue


    I have been using our Zebra/UPS Thermal 2844 to printer labels via Dazzle Professional, UPS Ship Manager, and several other programs. All have printed labels correctly. Recently I have tried using ShipStation and all my labels print with a 1 inch blank gap above the printed area. There are no settings within ShipStation to adjust print margins or anything(they only have a label size option of 4X6), and I cannot seem to find any options in the "Printing Preferences" for my Zebra driver that are set to have a 1 inch gap at the top.

    I should note I am using 4X8 printing labels and have both the UPS and Zebra drivers installed.

    I can tell that in Dazzle & UPS Ship Manager it has manual options for print margins that are causing labels to print correctly, I'm sure if I disabled those my labels would then print incorrectly.

    If anyone could help out it would be greatly appreciated.

    That sounds like a program issue and not a driver issue, you will most likely have to contact shipstation to have them update their application. I did find this which means they may only support 4x6 labels and they expect your using that size label for printing as well for the margins.

**Might be duplicate post, my apologies if it is** Hi guys, Have a Zebra UPS LP 2844 printer, my USB port on the back of it is busted. So I bought a usb-to-serial adapter, installed the adapter software from c2g. I reinstalled the zebra printer on com port 3.
My Vista computer died, and I cannot get my lp 2844 printer to work with Windows 7. I upgraded java to 7u67 and added all the exclusions to java. The shipping label I try to create leaves off half the tracking bar and tracking number. Can anyone help me with this problem? Thanks.
HP Printing issue

whenever i try to print to HP1020 laser printer, it says Error Printing, then i delete the document from the print queue and gives the print command again, again it says the Error Printing, so i restart the computer and printer 3-4 times and then it prints correctly.... sometime it shows printer...
