If you used 10.3 and now you're having the issue, uninstall 10.3 and reinstall 10.2. If that doesn't work, revert to 9.12

System Restore will work better as rich said.

Meh, I think its due to some of the programs I've used to manually do things without CCC. I bet clean install of drivers will fix it no sweat, but I'll try other drivers too if it fails.

How ironic. I forgot to uninstall it and decided to just reboot. Problem stopped.
