SO close - Conexant AC-Link Audio Driver

still i cant install it, maybe its because i have 64bit?
or maybe i am doing somthing wrong

Can you help me find this driver again? I downloaded SO many files trying to fix this and I seem to have everything but what you sent me... ARGH! Thank you so much...

I've done a reinstall of Win7, and I swore I saved this file in a safe place, but it does not seem to be there anymore. Any chance you could repost? Thanks!

I am having problems with my audio after I installed Windows 7 64bit on my compaq presario R4000.... My audio card is: cpt4370a conexant ac-link audio....
