Welcome to Seven Forums: Not a very user friendly support page. I can for see a couple of problems one being a modem using 32 bit drivers, the other locating this particular manufacturers driver downloads. So lets try this, does it show up in your device manager? If so right click on it>then properties>details tab>drop down menu>select hardware id>Copy and Paste the hardware id string. We might get lucky and find another manufacture using the same chip that might have drivers for it. Oh also please take the time ot go to user CP (top of page) scroll down to edit system specs and fill them in. Thanks Fabe
