Hi kcmartz,
Please complete your System Specs. You can look them up by searching "system" in the Start menu search field, and clicking System or System Information; also by typing "dxdiag" there and hitting Enter, then browsing the tabs for the information.
Also, PSU stands for Power Supply Unit.
Cheers,
Walker

Download hwininfo32 and run it. It will list your motherboard and CPU. You will have to open your case and look at the sticker on your PSU for that information. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Home built OS Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit CPU Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz Motherboard ASUS P4P800-VM Motherboard Chipset: Intel 865G + ICH5 Memory 2.50 GB RAM Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS Sound Card SoundMax Integrated Digital Audio (Chip) Monitor(s) Displays ViewSonic VX 1962 wm Screen Resolution 1680 X 1050 Keyboard Microsoft Comfort Curve Keyboard 2000 v10 USB Mouse Logitec optic USB Cooling Fan based Hard Drives Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 80 GB

Hello Kcmartz,
In addition, double check these items below to see if they may the issue. - You must be have True Color (32 bit) set instead of High Color (16 bit).
- The desktop composition and Animate controls and elements inside windows options need to be enabled in Visual Effects.
- The Desktop Window Manager Session Manager and Themes Services need to be set as Started and Automatic.
- Refresh or update your WEI score. You will need an WEI score minimum of 2.0 in both Graphics & Gaming graphics in order for Aero to be activated.
Hope this helps,
